FBISE New Paper Pattern 2021 (For SSC 1 & SSC 2)

Check the latest Federal Board written annual examination question paper scheme and pattern for all subjects. Recently the Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (FBISE) Islamabad has changed in the SCC 1 (9th Class), SSC 2 (10th Class) annual examination pattern.

Therefore, before appearing into the exams, candidates must check the new paper pattern 2021. However, the SSC (part 1 and Part 2) having the same Paper Pattern as shown on this page.

By updating the FBISE New Paper Pattern, it enhances the validity, reliability and balanced composition of question papers. Recently FBISE has issued policy guidelines for paper setters of SSC-I and SSC II. Moreover, the composition or the Model Question Paper has been changed accordingly.

However, Section B (short questions/SRQs) has been sub-divided into sections B & C in the subject of Chemistry, Physics and Biology aimed to facilitate panel marking.

However, the distribution of marks for MCQs, SRQs, and ERQs has remained the same without disturbing earlier allocation. Policy Guidelines and Model Question Papers of the following subjects have been and uploaded on FBISE website for guidance:

FBISE New Paper Pattern 2021 For SSC 1 and SSC 2

The following FBISE New Paper Pattern 2021 (For SSC 1 and SSC 2) annual examination has been implemented from 2021 and onwards.

Compulsory for all students (Marks: 500):

The students will choose one of the following (A), (B) and (C) Groups carrying 600 marks:

(A) Science Group: 

• Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology/Computer Science/Technical Subject

(B) Humanities Group: 

• General Science, General Mathematics, Two Social Science Social Science
  Subject and One Technical Subject

(C) Technical Group:

• General Science, General Mathematics, Two Technical Subjects
